TEED - Dr. E. L. Teed is sick in Valentine, KS, where he is located.
GRANT - E. B. Grant and family have moved to Kansas.
HOWLAND - William Howland died 31 Dec. at his son's, W. C. Howland.
KINCH - E. Kinch's infant chilc died 31 Dec, age 3 weeks.
WAKEMAN - Mr. & Mrs. Charles Wakeman, of Walton village, celebrated their fifteenth aniversary Tuesday evening.
FLETCHER - Charlie Fletcher died suddenly, of a lingering illness, on Saturday morning.
FOOT - Mrs. Lucinda, widow of late Chauncey Foot and daughter of the late Daniel Root of Walton, died 31 Dec. at the residence of her son, O. W. Foot, in Sidney Center, aged 85 years. She was a member of the M.E. church. Two sons, O. W. Foot and Francis Foot, of Sidney Center, and a daughter, Mrs. Caroline Ferry, of Masonville, survive.
AIKEN - Married in Walton, 1 Jan, at the Congregational parsonage, George W. Aiken and Josephine Van Steenburg, by Rev. G. W. Nims.
FRANCE - Married, in Walton, 1 Jan., Edwin J. France and Ida L. Knowles, by Rev. G. M. Nims.
HULL - Died, in Walton, 29 Dec., Damon Hull, age 76 years.
BUSH - Died, in Walton, 30 Dec., Miss Cornelia Bush, aged 81 years.

GRIFFIN - The body of J. W. Griffin, of Hobart, was disinterred last week so that the stomach could be analyzed for evidence of poison.
MCGRAW - James McGraw, an employee in the acid factory at Keeryville, was scalded to death when he fell into a large pan of boiling water at the factor while intoxicated. He was about 40 years old and is survived by his wife and six cihldren, the oldest a boy of sixteen.
MOORE - Ida Moore, a hired girl, and an unidentified Russian peddler burned to death when the house of James S. Shaver, of Pepacton, was destroyed by fire on Jan. 11.
ST. JOHN - Mrs. William St. John, of Walton, visited her daughter Mrs. C. S. Waters, in Oneida Castle last Friday.
SEWELL - Hon. A. H. Sewell is to marry Miss Mary Wright today at the home of the bride on North St., Walton, Rev. Reeve Hobbie officiating.
MCDOUGALL - Mr. & Mrs. John McDougall of Basin Clove celebrated their wedding anniversary last week Monday.
VANAKIN - Mrs. Solomon Vanakin died on Christmas Day. Two sisters Mrs. E. Pulber, of Merrickville, and Mrs. Pratt, of Otgeo, were among those attending the funeral.
