Delaware County NY Genealogy and History Site

Post card above was written and sent to my grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Dan White, from a brother of the O'Dell twins, by the name of Paul O'Dell, while he was in the service. I found information on familysearch.com in the "United States World War II Army Enlistment Records, 1938-1946", for Paul: event date January 20, 1944. He was born approximately 1916. There is no date on the post card, and no stamp, but the word "free" is written where the stamp should've been. At one time that was a courtesy given to servicemen and women. Below are photos of a set of twins, Howard and Harold, sons of Fred and Mary O'Dell, born about 1930. I found these photos in my mother's things. I believe my grandmother, Mary White, may have been midwife when they were born. It seems that I was told that she was, but the people that would know for sure have passed away.
