[Notes: It is not known how, or if, Ephraim was related to Linus Waring, nor do I have additional data on Ephraim's family. However, "Tree Talks" Vol 19, No 1, Mar 1979 published notes from Congregational Church of Walton, 1824, showing an Ephraim Waring [original member 12 Oct 1793] "by Certificate...Removed..." If he is son of above, why was he not involved in the estate. Other Warings in above issue were: Mercy B. Waring - d 28 May 1825; Elizabeth Waring, widow, Letter to Trumansburg; she d 1844 before letter arrived; Benjamin Waring, by Profession; d - Oct 1844; Myron Waring - 29 Mar 1830;] --Dan Touse, March 28, 1998
