town of Colchester, County of Delaware, State of New York written June 18, 1841- proved May 21, 1849 His wife was living in 1841, when he wrote his will and was referred to
as 'wife', but died before 1849.

From the Petition of the deceased..  
 no widow of the following children:

Matilda, wife of Henry Barnhardt
Horace I

Rachel, wife of Abel Sprague

Anna, wife of Daniel Sprague
all of the above reside in the State of New York except Horace who resides in (???)
Rachel and Matilda reside out of the County of Delaware
Fanetta, daughter of dec. is dead, leaving the following 4 children:
