Delaware County, NY Genealogy and History Site

This photo was found among Sloan memorabilia belonging to my grandmother, a 2nd ggdaughter of Thomas and Jane Bailey Sloan of Bovina. The photo was pasted on post card stock marked on the back with "Photograph by B.F. Gilbert, Delhi, N.Y." The back also contains a pasted on stamp in orange and white with a photo of George Washington. It bears markings indicating a 2 cents bankcheck and the inscription "U. (or V) S. INTERRI_ _" Any help identifying the woman in the photo and/or its age would be much appreciated!
