Need ID for this photo - Delaware County, NY Genealogy and History Site

This photo was taken on the steps of what is now the playhouse in Franklin, formerly The Masonic Temple, at least I think so judging by what I can see of the building in the background. I have no info on this picture, such as names or dates, and it was in pretty faded condition. It's possible the young man was a Bradley, either Jim or Russell, as it was in the house my wife inherited from Jim Bradley and we have Russells old DLI diploma upstairs.
