Delaware County, NY Genealogy and History Site

It is believed to be somewhere in Delaware County as the photographer was from Franklin NY. I'd say it dates from the 1880's. There is a distinctive building at right, but I've been unable to identify it or any of the other buildings in the picture, hoping they would point to the town. It certainly does not look like other photo's from Franklin, but I realize it may all be about angles. If anyone can help in identification, please contact me, Martin Dalziel, Atlanta, GA
