I received this photocopy of a small phamphlet from my half sister Patricia Watson Hamilton who lives in Sidney. Along with the photocopy of the booklet she sent a photocopy of a picture of Lula Watson and Howard Wilbur Lasher. Their names were written on the back with a date of July 28, 1918. The Lula Watson listed is my Aunt - she married Francis Freer Smith 1st. and then married Al Maus 2nd. --Linda M.Smith
