Delaware County, NY Genealogy and History Site

I recently purchased this postcard of the hospital where I was born. It is the first hospital in Margaretville. There is no postmark on the postcard however imagine my surprise when receiving this postcard to see it was addressed to my Grandfather's sister in law!
