The Acid Factory was located at the present Arkville Firemen's Field on Pavilion Road about where the gate to the field is. It was operated by the Luzerne Chemical Company.The Luzerne Chemical Co. Store was located near the intersection of Route 28 and county route 38. Just across from the present laundry and pizza parlor. - Roger D.
