Wounded: James M. Fuller, from Delaware Co. N.Y., at Fair Oaks, June 1, in foot; Simon P. Eaves, from Cattaraugus Co. N.Y., at Fair Oaks, June 25, in ankle; Orson Turner, from Cattaraugus Co. N.Y., at Fair Oaks, June 25, in hand;

Died From Disease: Wm. C. Vanscooter, from Cattaraugus Co. N.Y., at Fair Oaks, June 27, fever; James Wagoner, from Cattaraugus Co. N.Y., at Fair Oaks, June 30, fever; Wm. McClure, from Cattaraugus Co. N.Y., at Fair Oaks, July 2, fever.

Prisoner: Benj. Philbrick, from Cattaraugus Co. N.Y., at Fair Oaks, June 30, in Richm’d.

Missing: Franklin Freemen, from Cattaraugus Co. N.Y., since June 30; Robert Bush, from Cattaraugus Co. N.Y., since June 30.

Sick: John Mason of Delaware Co., Thomas B. Miner of Delaware Co., George Thompson of Delaware Co.; James S. Sprague of Delaware Co.; Henry Willis of Cattaraugus Co. and Sebastian Schofner of Cattaraugus Co. Sent to Hospitals at Philadelphia or New York.
Some few others sick, still remain with the Company, but none seriously so at present.
