This civil war soldier picture comes from an album now owned by Jack Burns of Bovina. The album appears to have been in the family of John T. Miller. There are four Millers who were in the Civil War, Berry S, Francis W, Gilbert D and Thomas S. It could be one of these, but we also wonder if it is Sinclair Burns.
