Delaware County, NY Genealogy and History Site

Today I found a grave that I was told about. It sits right on the edge of the road and appears as though the road is built right over the lady. I am told that the road used to be an old carriage road, very narrow and just dirt. Sometime ago the road was put in and apparently no graves were dug up, yet there is one stone still there. It is in what was probably a corner of an old farm field. This stone can be found on Streeter Road out of Fleischmanns, New York in the Town of Middletown just above the turn to Moseman road and farm, on the right side of the road coming from Fleischmanns. The stone reads as follows:
