from Bob Taylor, June 13, 1998
Visited May 24, 1998. This is about 0.2 miles from NY 28, on the left side, through the fields, across the small brook, and up the hill. It is surrounded entirely by a stone wall. It is uphill from a few old apple trees. It is approximately 126 by 64 feet. It is not visible from Gay Brook Rd. There is brush growing in the cemetery, and many stones are down, some are broken, and some are of field stone, and have had their surfaces exfoliated over the years. The largest marker is a small monument to Mills. This small cemetery was catalogued by my wife and me on May 24, 1998. It is old and in disuse.

I would like to add some information to the recording of the Gay Brook Road Cemetery entered by Mr. and Mrs. Taylor June 13, 1998. I copied this cemetery in 1965 when it was on property owned by my Father-in-law and was in a better condition than today, although it was in poor condition even then. DGP262@aol.com
