Picture above is from Catherine Qvistgaard Cozine. This is the one where Bubbie is shaving the horse. He is the one shaving the horse. I don't know who the others are or what year it was. The back of the picture has written: Fred S. Cuyle, Trout Creek, Delaware County, New York

This picture id also from Catherine Qvistgaard Cozine who states that it looks like the group was getting ready to build a building*. Bubbie (Fred S. Cuyle) looks about the same age, so it might be Trout Creek. Not sure though. If the tall gentleman (in dark clothes), with the two shorter ladies on either side, is the center, Bubbie is two over from the woman on the left. It looks like he may have a sash.
