Frank Couse (1845 to 1945) was a life long resident of Delaware County, he is the son of Alexander and Sarah Marie Rogers Couse, and took over the family farm when Alexander retired. He married Capitola Palmerton (1859 – 1932) and they had four daughters Jessie, Sarah, Frances and Florence.
